Flapjack recipe

A flapjack yesterday

Ingredients

  1. Over a low heat melt the margerine, syrup and sugar.
  2. When all the margerine has melted, stir the oats, raisins and cinnamon.
  3. Spread the mixture in a greased baking tray and bake at 175 degrees C for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Whilst the flapjacks are still warm cut them into portions. Do not turn them out until they have cooled.

Replace the raisins and cinnamon with any other fillings that you fancy. I can recommend diced dried apricots and ginger or glacier cherries and coconut.
