Langford Park, Jarrahdale

One of the most popular riding areas around Perth due to the well marked sweet singletrack. The scene of the popular 12 hour and 6 hour races, these tracks are always signposted.

Length: 12km (85% Singletrack, 15% 4WD Track)

Ascent: 325m

Getting There

Langford Park is located just outside the small town of Jarrahdale approximately 45 minutes drive from the centre of Perth. Turn left off the South Western Highway onto Jarrahdale Road. Shortly before reaching Jarrahdale turn left onto Nettleton Road. After 2km turn left into Langford Park. Cross over the railway track and straight on at the roundabout. Park in the large car park near the toilets.

To get to the start of the trail cycle up the path past the toilets to the large clearing.

Route Directions

The easiest way round is to follow the arrows from the marked out race courses. Currently (August 2007) a 12km loop for the Riders Choice 6 hour race is in place. The usual direction to ride the loop is anticlockwise. The various races use a very similar course.

From the clearing just north of the car park follow the arrows into the singletrack.
